Licensing Terms

Using Thao.CuteArts resources, you are ALLOWED to:

1. Incorporate resources into personal end projects and products not intended for sale.
2. Integrate resources into commercial end projects and products for sale.
3. Utilize resources for creating physical advertisements, marketing materials, and packaging.
4. Employ resources in the design of digital advertisements and marketing materials.
5. Use resources across multiple projects.

Using Thao.CuteArts resources, you are NOT ALLOWED to:

1. Use the resources either as they are or by incorporating them into other original designs.
2. Resell the resources or present them as your own.
3. Use the resources to create identical or similar products for sale that directly compete with the original product.
4. Sharing, redistributing, or sub-licensing the resources with third parties or multiple users; each party must purchase the resource individually.
5. Sell or distribut unflattened files that include the resources.
6. Share or resell the resources as digital stock images or downloads.
7. Offer the resources as freebies, or use them in giveaways or promotions.
8. Use the resources for native apps, web apps, games, or software development.
9. Claim copyright or register them as a trademark for products or end products that include the resources, including logos or branding.
10. For projects where the client’s annual revenue exceeds $25 million USD, please contact me for special licensing.
